I'll book you 10–40 pre-warmed, sales qualified appointments every 30 days with 50–500+ user company decision-makers that are ready to switch IT or security providers.

I find these companies the moment they start looking, and book them onto your calendar as qualified appointments. It's performance-only: you only pay per qualified appointment.

The Problem

Referral-dependent growth isn't a real acquisition system.

You can have strong retention, good technicians, solid margins, and happy clients. But if new opportunities only come from referrals, partner intros, SEO, or random inbound, growth is always one slow month away from pressure.

The business becomes founder-dependent. That isn't a real acquisition system.

A serious MSP, MSSP, or managed security firm shouldn't be growing by accident.

The System

One system that runs the whole path, from finding the right companies to a warmed prospect on your calendar.

You don't hand me a list. I build every piece (targeting, outreach, replies, booking, and warming), and it compounds every month.

  1. 01Define your ideal clients
  2. 02Build the list + watch for switch signs
  3. 03Email · phone · LinkedIn
  4. 04Warm-call & book
  5. 05Pre-call warming
  6. 06Sales feedback → sharper
Why this beats the outreach you usually get

Three reasons this system creates better sales conversations.

01

Situations, not generic lists.

Most outreach targets company size, location, and industry. I go deeper. I look for companies with a reason to care now: hiring, compliance pressure, cyber insurance, M&A, funding, new leadership, rapid growth, or expansion.

Outcome: prospects feel targeted, not spammed.

What we look for
HiringComplianceCyber InsuranceNew LeadershipGrowthM&A
02

Research that finds the live business situation.

A bad outreach email says, "Saw you're in manufacturing." A better one finds the live business situation that makes IT or security urgent. That's what makes the message feel relevant enough to answer.

Outcome: outreach feels specific and harder to ignore.

Example message logic
Before

"Are you happy with your IT provider?"

After

"Noticed you're hiring internal IT while expanding locations, are you reviewing support coverage before the next phase?"

03

I manage the whole path to the sales call.

Targeting, outreach, replies, warm calls, booking, reminders, confirmation assets, sales feedback: one person, one accountable loop. You get warmed prospects on the calendar, not a hand-off pile.

Outcome: more qualified prospects show up with context.

ABOUT

About Jaco Cloete

Jaco Cloete portrait

The person you talk to is the person doing the work.

I'm Jaco. No offshore hand-off, no account manager who's never run an MSP campaign, I build and run every part of your outreach myself. My background isn't marketing-first. It's performance-first.

Young athlete sprinting in a race

I came up as one of the fastest sprinters in South Africa.

Elite sport teaches you something most marketers never learn: results don't come from motivation or clever ideas. They come from repeatable systems and showing up on the days you don't feel like it. That's the whole discipline behind outreach that actually works, done every single day, whether or not it's exciting.

Jaco at graduation in cap and gown

Then I earned my BSc in psychology and fitness.

Psychology turned out to be the real engine behind reaching people. It comes down to why someone responds, and what makes a message feel relevant instead of like spam. So I build around how buyers actually think, not around the same templates everyone else copies.

Jaco and his wife at the beach

Today I get to build this from the coast, with my family.

I live by the beach with my wife (a full-time mom to our daughter), and I don't take a day of it for granted. I've been lucky. But it also came from years of unglamorous work, repeated until it paid off. Now I point that same discipline at one thing: booking MSPs, MSSPs and security firms qualified appointments with companies ready to switch providers.

THE TEAM

I'm the only human here.

Everything else is leverage: the stack that lets one operator deliver like a full agency.

Outcomes

What you get without the usual outreach headaches.

Target: 10–40 qualified appointments / 30 days
Right-timed targeting

Pipeline that doesn't depend on referrals

Referrals are great. But they aren't predictable enough to be your only growth engine. I build an outreach system that runs every month and creates new conversations with the companies you want.

Right-time outreach

Companies reached when they have a reason to care

Most outreach fails because it targets the right company at the wrong time. I look for the signs a company is looking to switch (compliance pressure, leadership changes, growth events) that make IT or security more urgent.

Qualified meetings

Qualified meetings, not calendar filler

A booked call is useless if the prospect has no budget, no authority, no pain, or no intention of showing up. I qualify interest and call interested prospects back within 5–15 minutes.

No tools for your team to run

No tools for your team to run

All the sending tech, the outreach, the replies, and the follow-up. I set it up and run it so your team never has to touch it.

Your main domain: protectedSeparate sending domains: used for the outreachInboxes: set up for youReplies: handled for you
Pre-call warming

Prospects warmed before sales speaks to them

Most agencies stop once the meeting is booked. I build the confirmation page, pre-call email and SMS reminders, objection-handling videos, ongoing follow-up for the not-yet-ready, and a feedback loop with your sales team so the prospect arrives ready.

What You Get

One system. One operator. You don't hire, buy, or babysit a single part of it.

The whole path (from finding companies looking to replace their IT or security provider to a warmed prospect on your calendar), built and run for you, and sharpened every month against your real sales results.

Finding and booking your appointments

Built and run for you: you touch none of it

  • We pin down exactly which companies are worth your time
  • We build the full list of them across your market
  • We watch for the signs a company is unhappy with its current provider
  • We set up and run all the sending tech: you buy nothing, manage nothing
  • We write and test the outreach until it gets replies
  • We handle every reply for you
  • We call interested prospects back within 5–15 minutes
  • We reach the right person across email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Booked, qualified appointments land straight on your calendar

Getting them to actually show up

Most agencies stop at "booked." This is what makes it stick.

  • A booking page that builds trust before the call
  • Short videos that warm the prospect up beforehand
  • Reminder emails and texts so they don't ghost
  • All the follow-up automated behind the scenes
  • We keep the not-yet-ready ones warm until they are
  • We'll sharpen your pitch deck if you need it
  • We track the numbers and keep improving what works

Getting sharper every month

It compounds, not set-and-forget

  • We refine who we target based on who actually responds
  • We test which angle makes companies reply, and double down
  • We keep tightening the message
  • We learn from how your calls go and adjust
  • We push your show-up rate higher
  • We quality-check every appointment before it counts
  • Regular numbers review with you

Performance-only.

An appointment only counts when it matches the companies you want, is genuinely looking to switch providers, agrees to the call, and shows up. If it doesn't meet the standard, it doesn't count, and you don't pay for it.

Fit Check

Who this works for, and who I turn away.

This system isn't for every provider. It works best when the offer is strong, the service has real demand, and the team can turn qualified conversations into revenue.

It works when you have…

  • A strong MSP, MSSP, or managed security offer
  • Real client outcomes
  • A clear target market
  • The ability to close qualified sales calls
  • Willing to test what wins new clients
  • A team that can handle new opportunities
  • A big enough market to run this properly

I'll probably pass if…

  • The offer is unproven
  • There is no clear picture of your ideal client
  • You want generic lead lists
  • You want "set it and forget it"
  • You cannot handle new sales conversations
  • You are looking for cheap leads instead of qualified opportunities
  • You aren't willing to improve the sales process based on feedback

Think you're a fit? Apply here

Risk Reversal

You aren't paying for activity. You're paying for qualified opportunities.

I only count appointments that meet the agreed qualification criteria and show up. Before we launch, I define exactly what 'qualified' means for your business so there's no confusion later.

If a booked call doesn't meet the agreed standard, it doesn't count.

Qualified Showed-Up Appointment Standard

  • Match the companies you want
  • Have a relevant business situation
  • Agree to the call
  • Show up
  • Be a realistic fit for your service
FAQ

Questions I get asked.

It's built for MSPs, MSSPs, and managed security firms. The best fit is a company selling a high-value B2B service through sales calls, especially to 50–500+ user companies.

Capacity

Capacity is limited by delivery quality.

I'm one person running this with a full stack of AI and tools behind me, which means I can only take on so many clients at once before delivery quality slips. My cap is 10 clients at any given time. Right now I'm working with 4. So there's room for a handful more. Then the door closes until a spot opens.

If you want a generic appointment setter, there are plenty of those.

If you want a white-glove client acquisition system built around your ideal clients, your service, your market, your calendar, and your sales process, the first step is to apply.
